Für die Durchführung von Seminaren der KUVB besteht der Bedarf an Tagungshotels als Vertragspartner im gesamten Freistaat, bevorzugt in der Nähe zum öffentlichen Personennah- und Fernverkehr. Ein Teil der Seminare ist regional gebunden. Pro Jahr sind rund 11 Seminare geplant.
Lots Lot 1 — Oberbayern: Die Planung der Seminare ab 01.01.2018 beginnt bereits im Januar 2027. Für die kommenden vier Jahre (2028 - 2031) werden Tagungshotels benötigt. Lot 2 — Niederbayern: Die Planung der Seminare ab 01.01.2018 beginnt bereits im Januar 2027. Für die kommenden vier Jahre (2028 - 2031) werden Tagungshotels benötigt. Lot 3 — Schwaben: Die Planung der Seminare ab 01.01.2018 beginnt bereits im Januar 2027. Für die kommenden vier Jahre (2028 - 2031) werden Tagungshotels benötigt. Lot 4 — Oberpfalz: Die Planung der Seminare ab 01.01.2018 beginnt bereits im Januar 2027. Für die kommenden vier Jahre (2028 - 2031) werden Tagungshotels benötigt. Lot 5 — Unterfranken: Die Planung der Seminare ab 01.01.2018 beginnt bereits im Januar 2027. Für die kommenden vier Jahre (2028 - 2031) werden Tagungshotels benötigt. Lot 6 — Mittelfranken: Die Planung der Seminare ab 01.01.2018 beginnt bereits im Januar 2027. Für die kommenden vier Jahre (2028 - 2031) werden Tagungshotels benötigt.
