Rote Kaserne West WA8 - Technische Gebäudsausrüstung KG 410 - 430 Bei der Baumaßnahme handelt es sich um den Neubau von 4 viergeschossigen Gebäuden für studentisches Wohnen einschließlich vier Gewerbeeinheiten in den Erdgeschossen der Gebäude A und B entlang der Georg-Hermann-Allee. Gebäude D ist nördlich an der Planstraße D gelegen, Gebäude C im südlichen Teil. Die dritten Obergeschosse von Gebäude C und D sind als Staffelgeschoss ausgebildet, Gebäude A und B haben vier Vollgeschosse. Die Dächer sind als Flachdach mit Extensivbegrünung ausgebildet. Die Gebäude werden als Holzbau errichtet. Kellergeschosse, sowie Flurwände und Flurdecken im EG, sowie die Wände und Decken der Gewerberäume in Gebäude A und B und des Gemeinschaftsraums in Gebäude C werden in Stahlbeton ausgeführt. Treppenhäuser werden ebenfalls in Stahlbeton ausgeführt. Die Eingänge zu den Wohngebäuden liegen hofseitig. Die Gebäude sind freistehend. Gebäude A und B sind vollunterkellert, Gebäude C und D sind teilunterkellert.
