Heizungs- und Kältetechnik - Neubau einer Feuer- und Rettungswache Im Rahmen des Neubaus einer Feuer- und Rettungswache sind die Heizungs- und Kälteanlagen einschließlich der zugehörigen Komponenten und Verteilungsnetze auszuführen. Die Leistungen umfasst die Montage und Installation der Wärmeerzeugungs- und Wärmeverteilungsanlagen, einschließlich Rohrleitungsnetzen, Armaturen, Pumpen, Regel- und Sicherheitseinrichtungen sowie der Anbindung der Heizflächen und sonstigen Wärmeverbraucher. Darüber hinaus sind die erforderlichen Kälteanlagen mit Kälteerzeugung, Kälteverteilung und den zugehörigen Regelungs- und Steuerungskomponenten auszuführen. Weiterhin beinhaltet der Leistungsumfang die erforderlichen Prüfungen, Dokumentationen, Inbetriebnahmen sowie sämtliche Nebenarbeiten für eine vollständige und betriebsbereite Ausführung. Die Ausführung erfolgt gemäß den Planungsunterlagen, den technischen Vorgaben sowie unter Beachtung der einschlägigen Normen, technischen Regelwerken und gesetzlichen Vorschriften.
