Lots Lot 1 — Netzwarte Heslach - Erneuerung Wärme/RLT/Sanitär: Die vorhandenen Heiz ungs-und Lüftungsanlagen in den Betriebsräumen werden hinsichtlich der brandschutz- und der klimatechnischen Anforderungen optimiert. Die wesentlichen Maßnahmen werden nachfolgend beschrieben: Die Brandschutzsanierung des Stellwerks Heslach zielt darauf ab,die baulichen und technischen Voraussetzungen des Gebäudes an die aktuellen Standards des Brandschutzes anzupassen sowie die Modernisierung der technischen Gewerke Heizung, Lüftung, Kälte HLK) Bei der Brandschutzsanierung im Gewerk Sanitär werden die Wand und Deckendurchdringungen den aktuellen Brandschutzanforderungen angepasst. Die bestehende Wärmepumpe ist alt und soll durch eine moderne, effizientere Anlage ersetzt werden. Die Heizungsleitungen sowie Heizkörper werden nicht erneuert. Die Luftverteilung wird entsprechend der aktuellen Brandschutzvorgaben angepasst,inklusive kleinerer neuer der Installationen. Eine Kühlung von zwei Räume erfolgt nicht über die Lüftungsanlage, sondern über separate Umluftkühlgeräte.
