Betroffen von den Baumaßnahmen sind folgende Unterabschnitte im Bauteil 400 auf dem Klinikgelände: 3.1 Kardiologie im Erdgeschoss 3.2 Zentral OP im 1. Obergeschoss 3.2 Technikzentrale im 1. Obergeschoss 1.4.2 Geriatrische Bettenstation im 2. Obergeschoss Die Baustelle liegt im Stadtbereich von 48683 Ahaus, Wüllener Straße 101. Die Bauarbeiten müssen im laufenden Klinikbetrieb durchgeführt werden

Lots Lot 1 — KWM / St. Marien-Krankenhaus Ahaus, Umbau und Erweiterung: Heizungs- und Kältetechnik 3.BA: Die Heizungs- und Kältetechnik umfasst folgende Leistungen: • Heizkörper- und Rohrleitungsdemontage (einschl. KMF) • 6 Stück Regelgruppen Heizung • 1.100 m Rohrleitungen Heizung (Stahl- und Kupferrohr) • 24 Stück Heizkörper • Brandschutzarbeiten (Rohrschottungen) • Demontage Kälte (einschl.
