Lots Lot 1 — HK Schwein, Has G(4) E 2, Urologische Funktionsdiagnostil_Los 3_Heizung_Sanitär: Gegenstand der Vergabe ist ein Auftrag über die Erneuerung der Trinkwasser-, Abwasser- und Heizungsinstallation: - Die Sanitärbereiche werden mit den für den Krankenhausbetrieb erforderlichen Sanitärobjekten (ca. 25 Stück) und Ausstattungen versehen. - Die Trinkwasserleitungen werden erneuert (Edelstahl ca. 300 m) und erhalten eine normgerechte Wärme- und Tauwasserdämmung. - Die Beheizung der Ebene erfolgt aus hygienischen Gründen über Stahl-Röhrenradiatoren (ca. 20 Stück). Die Anschlussleitungen werden durch Edelstahlleitungen ersetzt (ca. 300 m). Die Heizflächen werden auf eine zukünftige Systemtemperatur von 70/50°C ausgelegt. Die erforderlichen Raumtemperaturen werden entsprechend den Vorgaben des Auftraggebers sowie den einschlägigen Normen und Richtlinien, insbesondere DIN 1946-4 und AMEV, berücksichtigt.
