Details

Das geplante Gebäude besteht aus Hallen für die Klärschlamm-Upcycling-Anlage und einem Verwaltungsgebäude. Die Halle ist ein L-förmiger Baukörper mit einer Gesamtlänge 60,00 m und einer Breite von 40,10 m. Die Halle ist Erdgeschossig. Der nördliche Hallenteil, in dem die Anlieferung untergebracht ist, ist teilweise unterkellert. Die Firsthöhe des Pultdaches liegt bei ca. 11,12 m. Die Lange Seite der Halle hat eine Pultdachhöhe von ca. 16,20 m. Im Süd-westlichen Hallenteil befindet sich eine Pelletheizung. Die Halle wird in Stahlbeton-Skelettbauweise mit Dachtragwerk aus Holzbindern mit Sandwichpaneel ausgeführt. Die gesamte Bruttogrundfläche der Halle beträgt 1.642 m². Im Südwesten der Halle befindet sich das Verwaltungsgebäude, das durch eine Brandwand abgetrennt erstellt wird. Das Verwaltungsgebäude besteht aus einem Erdgeschoss und einem Obergeschoss. Es hat eine Länge von 15,19 m und eine Breite von 9,89 m. Das gesamte Gebäude wird in massiver Bauart aus Stahlbeton errichtet. Das Dach wird als Flachdach mit Attika und Bitumenabdichtung erstellt. Das oberste Geschoss, in dem Aufenthaltsräume möglich sind, liegt im Mittel 3,21 m über der Geländeoberfläche. Das Verwaltungsgebäude besteht aus einer Nutzungseinheit. Die Bruttogrundfläche des Verwaltungsgebäudes beträgt 151 m² Höhe 7,00m. Das Leistungsverzeichnis sowie der Terminplan werden ergänzend in Bezug genommen.
