Für die Durchführung von Tiefbaumaßnahmen der REWAG, der Regensburg Netz, des Tiefbauamtes Regensburg sowie weiterer Auftraggeber fallen regelmäßig Bodenaushubmaterialien und Asphaltaufbruch an, die zu beproben und einer fachgerechten Entsorgung zuzuführen sind. Die Materialien werden auf der Zwischenlagerfläche in der Kremser Straße 12 in Regensburg oder bei entsprechend großen Baufeldern direkt auf der Baustelle in getrennten Haufwerken gelagert. Für Kleinmaßnahmen werden Sammelhaufwerke gebildet. Der Auftrag umfasst die Probenahme und Untersuchung dieser Haufwerke einschließlich gegebenenfalls anfallender Asphaltaufbruchmaterialien auf Baustellen im gesamten Versorgungsgebiet der REWAG. Die Bewirtschaftung der Zwischenlagerflächen erfolgt durch die REWAG in Kooperation mit der Stadt Regensburg. Über neu angelegte oder abgeschlossene Haufwerke wird der Auftragnehmer durch den Auftraggeber informiert. Die Arbeiten werden als Rahmenvertrag mit einer Laufzeit von 01.01.2027 bis 31.12.2028 vergeben.
