Konzession für den Betrieb und die technische Betreuung der Alarmübertragungsanlagen (AÜA)

Lots Lot 1 — 2026-0453 Konzessionsausschreibung Alarmübertragungsanlagen (AÜA): Die Stadt Duisburg plant die Erteilung einer BMA-Konzession an einen Konzessionsnehmer für die Dauer der Vertragslaufzeit. Der Zeitraum der Leistungserbringung beginnt mit Auftragserteilung frühestens jedoch am 01.01.2027 und endet nach 120 Monaten. Es handelt sich um eine Konzessionsvergabe nach §§ 105 und 148 ff. GWB i.V.m. der Konzessionsvergabeverordnung (KonzVgV). Sollten in der Bekanntmachung andere Verweise aufgeführt sein, erfolgen diese systemseitig durch das Vergabe-Management-System. Dieses Vergabeverfahren wird somit nach den Bedingungen der Konzessionsvergabeverordnung (KonzVgV) durchgeführt. Soweit in der Bekanntmachung auf die Vergaberichtlinie 2014/24/EU Bezug genommen wird, erfolgt auch dieser fehlerhafte Verweis systembedingt durch das Vergabe-Management-System. Maßgeblich für dieses Vergabeverfahren ist die Richtlinie 2014/23/EU.
