Im Turm 2 im Bereich der aktuellen Arztdienstzimmer im Erdgeschoss soll eine zentrale Intermediate-Care-Einheit (IMC) errichtet werden. Die IMC entlastet die Intensivstation, bietet 5 Einzelzimmer/ Isolationszimmer und 7 Zweibettzimmer in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Intensivstation.

Lots Lot 1 — Umbau EG in IMC Turm 2 - Fenster-Glastausch: Bei den ausgeschriebenen Bauarbeiten handelt es sich um die neue Verglasung der Außenfenster in Zimmerbereichen des EGs im Zuge des IMC-Stationsumbaus im Turm 2 der BG-Klinik Ludwigshafen. Es soll ein Austausch der Fenstergläser sowie Dichtungsprofile erfolgen. Dazu müssen die Bestandsscheiben, ca. 140 Stück in verschiedenen Abmessungen, demontiert und entsorgt werden. In die bestehenden Fensterrahmen sollen anschließend 2 Scheiben-Isolierglas als Sonnenschutzglas unterschiedlicher Glastypen wieder eingesetzt werden.
