Lots Lot 1 — A 57-26 WeA-HN VE311 Stahlrohrgründung: Erstellung einer erschütterungsarmen Spezialgründung im kombinierten Bohr- und Eindrehverfahren für die Stahlstützen einer Schallschutzüberdachung am Bhf. Heilbronn. Die Rohre binden direkt in das chemisch aggressive Grundwasser (nur geringe bis sehr geringe Korrosionswahrscheinlichkeit) in und weisen einen entsprechenden Abrostungszuschlag auf. • 43 St. Gründungs-Stahlrohre Typ RO 610 (Wandstärke 12 mm, Einzellängen 7-8 m, Güte min. S275). • 13 St. Gründungs-Stahlrohre Typ RO 457 (Wandstärke 8 mm, Einzellängen 7-8 m, Güte min. S275) für die Südseite. • 56 St. Handaushub / Suchschachtungen (Kopflöcher) bis ca. -1,50 m zur Trassenerkundung vor dem Bohrvorgang. • 56 St. Pfahlkopfbalken und 9 St. Fundament-/Verbindungsbalken (Querschnitt bis 40 x 80 cm) aus Konstruktionsbeton C30/37 XC4, XF1, WF herstellen, einschalen und ausbetonieren. • ca. 8 t Betonrundstahl B500B. • ca. 400 t Bohrgut laden und zu einer Deponie abfahren (Kalkulationsbasis: 30 km Entfernung). • BE-Maßnahmen: Gestellung von 20 St. Lastverteiler-Stahlplatten (15 mm) sowie temporäre Schottertragschichten (ca. 100 t) auf Geotextil zur Herstellung der Bohrgeräte-Arbeitsebene. Abbau und Übergabe von 100 m Grenzzaun inkl. Prellleiter an den AG.
