Lots Lot 1 — Fliesenarbeiten Revitalisierung Jeckel Areal: "Die Wohnbau Rottenburg als Eigenbetrieb der Stadt plant die Revitalisierung und Sanierung des Jeckel-Areals inmitten der historischen Altstadt. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Ausschreibung sind umfassende Fliesen-, Platten- und Natursteinarbeiten in den Neubauten Haus A.1, Haus B, Haus C und Haus D. Das Leistungsspektrum umfasst Abdichtungsarbeiten sowie das Verlegen von Wand- und Bodenfliesen inklusive Aussparungen und Einbauteilen im Bereich der Nasszellen und Bäder. Im Flurbereich von Haus C (vor dem Kapelleneingang) sind zudem hochwertige Natursteinbodenplatten zu liefern und zu verlegen. Ein weiterer Bestandteil ist das Liefern und Einbringen einer raumhohen (ca. 2,90 m) Kristallspiegelwand bzw. von Kristallspiegeln im Foyer der Herberge (Haus D). Der Gesamtausführungszeitraum erstreckt sich von KW 03/2027 bis KW 43/2027. Die Ausführung erfolgt abschnittsweise, bauteilbezogen und nicht zwingend zusammenhängend."
