Lots Lot 1 — Um- und Neubau Rathaus Grefrath - Linoleum-Bodenbelagsarbeiten: Die Gemeinde Grefrath plant die Modernisierung und Neugestaltung des Rathauses - hierzu soll der denkmalwürdige Altbestand modernisiert und durch einen neuen zwei- bzw. dreigeschossigen (Splitlevel), nicht unterkellerten Neubau erweitert werden. Dieser schließt mittels eines kleinen Verbindungsbaus barrierefrei an den bestehenden Altbau an. Der bauseitige Rohbau besteht aus einem Stahlbeton-Kern in überwiegend Ortbetonbauweise sowie aus einschaligem Mauerwerk der Außenwände (Nordfassade und beide Giebelseiten). Die Zimmerarbeiten ergänzen den Rohbau durch ein zweigeschossiges Holz-Tragwerk und einen vorgelagerten Balkon auf der Südseite sowie das Dachtragwerk auf Nord- und Südseite. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind folgende Hauptleistungen inkl. aller Vor- und Nacharbeiten: - 1.700 m² Linoleum-Bodenbelagsarbeiten - ca. 1.650 m Sockelleisten aus Nadelholz
