Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Lieferung eines Einsatzleitfahrzeuges Typ ELW 1 nach DIN SPEC 14507-2 als Ersatzbeschaffung für die Feuerwehr Castrop-Rauxel.

Lots Lot 1 — Lieferung eines Einsatzleitfahrzeuges Typ ELW 1: Der Leistungsumfang umfasst die Lieferung eines allradgetriebenen Fahrgestells einschließlich des feuerwehrtechnischen Ausbaus, sämtlicher elektrischer und elektronischer Systeme, der Energieversorgung, Sondersignaltechnik, Kommunikations- und Führungsarbeitsplätze sowie der vollständigen Integration der durch den Auftraggeber beigestellten Funk- und Informationstechnik. Weiterhin umfasst die Leistung die Herstellung aller erforderlichen Lagerungs- und Halterungssysteme für die feuerwehrtechnische Beladung, die Fahrzeugbeschriftung, die Durchführung aller erforderlichen Prüfungen, Abnahmen und Nachweise sowie die Erstellung der vollständigen technischen Dokumentation. Das Fahrzeug ist betriebsbereit, mängelfrei, zugelassen und einschließlich aller geforderten Schulungs-, Einweisungs-, Dokumentations- und Abnahmeleistungen an den Auftraggeber zu übergeben.
