Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Lieferung eines ferngesteuerten Löschunterstützungsfahrzeugs auf Kettenfahrwerk einschließlich sämtlicher für den Betrieb erforderlicher Ausstattungs-, Anbau- und Zubehörteile sowie des Transport-anhängers. Das System soll die Feuerwehr bei der Brandbekämpfung, technischen Unterstützung, Ventilation von Einsatzstellen sowie bei Erkundungs- und Transportaufgaben unterstützen. Insbesondere bei - Brände in öffentlichen und privaten Tiefgaragen und Parkhäusern (erhöhtes Gefährdungspotenzial durch zunehmende E-Mobilität) - Brände in großen Industrie- und Gewerbebetrieben (z.B. Brände in Produktions- und Lagerhallen, Logistikzentren) - Brände in Abfallentsorgungszentren, Umspannwerken - Brände in landwirtschaftlichen Gebäuden (Stallanlagen, Maschinenhallen, große Scheunen mit ggfs. Einsturzgefahr durch Holzkonstruktion) - Wald-, Vegetations- und Böschungsbrände (zunehmendes Gefährdungspotenzial in Folge längerer Hitze- und Dürreperioden) - Verkehrsunfälle mit Fahrzeugbränden auf der A29 Das Fahrzeug muss kompakte Abmessungen aufweisen und gleichzeitig eine hohe Nutzlast, ausreichende Steigfähigkeit sowie eine leistungsfähige Energieversorgung gewährleisten. Bestandteil des Lieferumfangs sind insbesondere ein ferngesteuerter Löschmonitor zur Abgabe von Schaum-Wassergemischen, ein Hochleistungslüfter, verschiedene Video- und Kamerasysteme, Ladegeräte, Fernsteuerungseinrichtungen sowie Anhänger für Transport und Lagerung. Ziel ist die Beschaffung eines sofort einsatzbereiten Gesamtsystems. Das Vergabeverfahren umfasst des Weiteren die Qualifizierung der Bediener und Multiplikatoren des Löschunterstützungsfahrzeuges. Sämtliche Schulungsmodule sind in der Leistungsbeschreibung dargestellt.
