Lots Lot 1 — Zehn Löschfahrzeuge – HLF 20 nach DIN 14530-27: Die Ausschreibung dient der Beschaffung von zehn Hilfeleistungslöschgruppenfahrzeugen HLF 20 nach DIN 14530-27 für die Feuerwehr Braunschweig. Aufgrund örtlicher Verhältnisse wird bei bestimmten Anforderungen von den Vorgaben der DIN 14530-27 abgewichen, dies wird in der Leistungsbeschreibung entsprechend benannt. Fünf Fahrzeuge sind für die Nutzung durch die Berufsfeuerwehr vorgesehen, die anderen Fahrzeuge werden in Standorten der Freiwilligen Feuerwehr genutzt. Die Lieferzeit wird unter EU 5.1.3 im Bekanntmachungstext mit 1 Tag angegeben, da die Lieferung der Fahrzeuge jeweils an einem spezifischen Tag erfolgt. Das erste Fahrzeug ist zunächst als Prototyp vorgesehen. Es wird in der Folge der Lieferung im Ausbildungs- und Einsatzdienst für einen Zeitraum von 6 – 8 Wochen eingesetzt und so einer erweiterten Abnahme unterzogen. Dem Fahrzeug folgend sind die weiteren Fahrzeuge jeweils paarweise zu liefern, wobei der Abstand zwischen den einzelnen Lieferungen 12 Wochen betragen soll, und nicht mehr als 16 Wochen betragen darf.
