Lots Lot 1 — Beschaffung von zwei Drehleitern Automatik mit Rettungskorb (DLAK) für die Feuerwehr Essen: Die Feuerwehr Essen beschafft eine Drehleiter und eine weitere als Option 1.1 nach DIN 14 043 in Verbindung mit DIN EN 1777, DIN EN 1846 in allen Teilen, DIN 14502-2, UVV Fahrzeug GUV 5.1. Zum Zeitpunkt der Auslieferung müssen die Drehleitern: - den gültigen DIN-Vorschriften, - der StVZO, - den Unfallverhütungsvorschriften, - dem DVS-Merkblatt 0211 (Druckgasflaschen in geschlossenen KFZ), - dem neuesten Stand der Technik, - den sonstigen gesetzlichen Bestimmungen und - in ihrem Gesamtausbau den gültigen EMV-Bestimmungen entsprechen. Die Fahrzeuge und deren Aufbauten müssen zur Übergabe an die Feuerwehr Essen soweit vorbereitet sein, dass eine ordnungsgemäße Abnahme erfolgen kann. Näheres ist den Vergabeunterlagen zu entnehmen.
