Errichtung flächendeckender Brandmeldeanlage (BMA) inkl. Feuerwehrperipherie und TETRA-BOS-Gebäudefunkanlage als betriebsbereite Gesamtsysteme gemäß Brandschutzkonzept, Ausführungsplanung, Regelwerken und TAB/TFB der Feuerwehr Frankfurt am Main.

Lots Lot 1 — BMA und BOS Julius-Leber-Schule, Seilerstr. 32, Frankfurt a. M. - Vorabmaßnahme: Art und Umfang der Leistung: Bei der Baumaßnahme handelt es sich um die Sanierung der Julius-Leber-Schule, Seilerstraße 32, Frankfurt am Main. Die Baumaßnahme beginnt ca. Januar 2026 und wird bis Ende April 2029 ausgeführt. Dabei kommen folgende wesentliche Leistungen zur Ausführung: Brandmeldeanlage (BMA): •ca. 1 St. Brandmeldezentrale •ca. 350 St. automatische Brandmelder •ca. 50 St. Druckknopfhandmelder •ca. 20 St. Funk-Rauchmelder einschließlich Funkkomponenten •ca. 2 St. Ansaugrauchmeldesysteme •ca. 300 St. akustische/optische Alarmgeber •ca. 1 St. Feuerwehr-Informations- und Bediensystem einschließlich FAT/FBF •ca. 1 St. Feuerwehrschlüsseldepot mit Freischaltelement •ca. 14 Ringleitungen •ca. 10.000 m Brandmelde- und Steuerleitungen •Programmierung, Inbetriebnahme und Aufschaltung der BMA •Erstellung und Umsetzung der Brandfallsteuermatrix TETRA-BOS-Gebäudefunkanlage: •ca. 1 St. TETRA-BOS-Zentralenanlage •ca. 1 St. Gleichwellen-Range-Extender-Master •ca. 5 St. Range-Extender-/Slave-Stationen •ca. 1.500 m HF-Schlitz-/Strahlerkabel •ca. 500 m HF-Koaxialleitungen •ca. 20 St. Innen-/Außenantennen •ca. 1 St. Feuerwehr-Gebäudefunkbedienfeld (FGB) •HF-technische Einmessung und TETRA-BOS-Abnahmemessung •Inbetriebnahme und Abnahme der Gebäudefunkanlage Zusätzlich: •Demontage der vorhandenen Brandmeldeanlage •Brandschutzabschottungen •Bestands- und Revisionsdokumentation •Wartung der BMA und BOS-Gebäudefunkanlage über 4 Jahre
