Details
Ausgeschrieben werden die Jahresabschlussprüfungen für das kaufmännische Rechnungswesen für das Museum insgesamt. Weiterhin muss geprüft werden, ob die Zuwendungsmittel der institutionellen Förderung satzungsgemäß, im Sinne der Allg. Bewirtschaftungsgrundsätze, der ANBEST-I und anderer besonderer Nebenbestimmungen verwendet worden sind. Darüber hinaus sind ggf. Sonderfinanzierungen oder Sondertatbestände, die von den Zuwendungsgebern der institutionellen Förderung vorgegeben werden, zu prüfen. Weiterhin ist eine Prüfung gemäß § 53 Haushaltsgrundsätzegesetz (HGrG), der Überleitungsrechnung vom Jahresabschluss zur Einnahmen-/ Ausgabenrechnung und der Programmbudgetabrechnung sowie zum Lagebericht und der angewandten IT-Verfahren unter Beachtung des IDW PS 330 vorzusehen. Eine Prüfung der Anwendung der DFG Leitlinie zur Verwendung von Programmpauschalen ist ebenfalls vorzunehmen. Leistungszeitraum, vorbehaltlich der jährlichen Zustimmung des Landesrechnungshofes: 2026 - 2029
