Lots Lot 1 — Rahmenvereinbarung zum Fahrradleasing für die Beschäftigten des Landkreises Fulda: Der Landkreis Fulda beabsichtigt berechtigten Beschäftigten im Rahmen eines Dienstradleasingmodells Fahrräder oder Pedelecs zur dienstlichen und privaten Nutzung zu überlassen. Grundlage ist der Tarifvertrag zur Entgeltumwandlung zum Zweck des Leasings von Fahrrädern im kommunalen öffentlichen Dienst (TV-Fahrradleasing) vom 25. Oktober 2020. Der Landkreis sucht einen zuverlässigen Leasingpartner, der im Rahmen des Fahrradleasings die administrative Abwicklung des Leasings und die Bereitstellung von Versicherungspaketen für die gesamte Vertragslaufzeit übernimmt. Der Landkreis Fulda schließt einen Leasingrahmenvertrag mit dem Auftragnehmer, in welchem die Rahmenbedingungen für alle künftigen Einzelleasingverträge festgelegt werden. Zudem schließt der Landkreis Fulda für jedes bestellte Fahrrad oder Pedelec einen Einzelleasingvertrag mit dem Leasinggeber.
