Lots Lot 1 — Fahrradleasing 2026 - Landkreis Aurich: Der Tarifvertrag zur Entgeltumwandlung zum Zwecke des Leasings von Fahrrädern im kommunalen öffentlichen Dienst (TV-Fahrradleasing) ist zum 1. März 2021 in Kraft getreten. Der TV-Fahrradleasing schafft die Grundlage dafür, dass die Beschäftigten künftig einen Teil ihres monatlichen Entgelts für das Leasing eines Fahrrads umwandeln können. Der Landkreis Aurich möchte seinen Beschäftigten und Beamten daher die Möglichkeit des Fahrradleasings eröffnen; das Angebot ist für die Mitarbeitenden des Landkreises Aurich freiwillig. Die Mitarbeitenden versteuern den geldwerten Vorteil monatlich mit 0,25 % des Brutto-Listenpreises. Die Gehaltsumwandlung ist lohnsteuerfrei (§ 3 Nr. 37 EstG); es sind außerdem keine anteiligen Sozialversicherungsbeiträge zu entrichten. Diese steuerliche Regelung gilt für Fahrräder und Pedelecs/eBikes (Motorunterstüt-zung bis 25 km/h).
