Details

Leistungs- und Vertragsgegenstand sind Überlassung und Einführung einer modernen und benutzerfreundlichen SAP basierten Meldungs- und Auftragsbearbeitung mit CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management)bei den Berliner Stadtreinigungsbetrieben AöR (BSR) auf Basis eines EVB-IT Erstellungsvertrages. Neben der Einführung und Inbetriebnahme im Rahmen einer Implementierungsphase und der dauerhaften Überlassung der Softwarelösung inklusive Pflegeleistungen ist die Bezuschlagung eines Abrufkontingents für Beratungs-, Unterstützungs- und Anpassungsleistungen für zusätzliche Anpassungsbedarfe nach der Inbetriebnahme vorgesehen. Wegen der Einzelheiten wird auf wird auf Teil C (Leistungsbeschreibung) inklusive Anlagen C1 bis C5 verwiesen. Die Abkürzung „CAFM“ steht in diesen Unterlagen für „Computer-Aided Facility Management“ und bezeichnet die hierfür eingesetzte spezialisierte Plattform, die mit SAP S/4HANA / SAP EAM integriert wird. Die Lösung umfasst insbesondere Störungs-, Prüf-, Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsprozesse für Gebäude und technische Anlagen, die Dokumentation von Betreiberpflichten sowie Flächen- und CAD-Management inkl. Visualisierung (vgl. Teil C, Kapitel 2 und 4).
