Die Holzschindelfassade wird geschossweise durch horizontale Brandsperren (bauseits) unterbrochen. Oberhalb der horizontalen Brandsperren sind Auswürfe auszuführen. Die Fichteschindeln werden gesägt, haben eine Sonderform (Rautenform) und eine dunkelfarbige Holzlasur. Unterkonstruktion (Rauspundschalung): ca. 2000m² Schindelfassade: ca. 2000m²Auswürfe: ca. 440m; Unterer Abschluss ohne Auswurf: ca. 340m Schindelfassade (inkl.
