Im Zuge der zukunftsorientierten und nachhaltigen Quartiersentwicklung entsteht auf 11.200 qm in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Klinikzentrum Westerstede entlang der "Lange Straße" der Neubau des "Gesundheitsquartiers Ammerland". Das übergeordnete Projektziel ist die Transformation zum "Green Hospital". Der Neubau soll als technologisches und ökologisches Vorzeigeobjekt Maßstäbe in den Bereichen Nachhaltigkeit, Ressourceneffizienz und Kreislaufwirtschaft setzen. Für das Gebäude wird eine ambitionierte Energie- bzw. Maximaleffizienz-Strategie verfolgt, um einen maximalen Grad an energetischer Eigenversorgung vor Ort zu realisieren.

Lots Lot 1 — Neubau Klinikzentrum Westerstede, Fassadenarbeiten: Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist das Gewerk "Fassadenarbeiten: Aluminiumfenster, Holz-Aluminium-Fenster, Stahl-Pfosten-Riegel-Fassaden, Stahlleichtbau-Außenwände". Es wird im Weiteren auf das Leistungsverzeichnis verwiesen. Die Leistung erfasst nicht nur die Errichtung, sondern auch die Wartung und Instandsetzung der baulichen Anlagen für einen Zeitraum von 4 Jahren. Der Wartungsvertrag ist ausgefüllt und unterzeichnet mit dem Angebot einzureichen. Die Arbeitskarten (Anlage zum Vertrag) sind ohne Änderungen anzubieten.
