Die Karl-Rehbein-Schule (KRS) nutzt bereits seit mehreren Jahren Räume der Pestalozzischule als Zweigstelle. Um Platz für die zukünftige Erweiterung der Grundschule zu schaffen, soll für die Oberstufe der Karl-Rehbein-Schule ein neues Gebäude auf einer Teilfläche des Fronhof-Areals errichtet werden. Das Gebäude "Haus des Handwerks" wurde im Zuge der geplanten Erweiterung der Karl-Rehbein-Schule vollständig zurückgebaut, um den Neubau zu realisieren. Leistungsumfang Natursteinfassadenarbeiten: - Montage Unterkonstruktion: Lieferung und Montage einer Unterkonstruktion nach den statischen Vorgaben für die Natursteinplatten; - Fassadendämmung: Dämmen der Fassade gemäß Wärme- und Brandschutzvorgaben mit Mineralwolle; - Fassadenbekleidung mit vorgehängten Mainsandsteinplatten: Verkleidung der Fassade des Bauteils A mit Mainsandsteinplatten inklusive Herstellung von Blindenischen, Leibungs- und Sturzverkleidungen sowie Herstellung und Montage von Außenfensterbänken aus Naturstein; - Versiegelung Fassade: Die Fugen mit einem geeigneten Dichtungsmaterial abdichten und anschließend mit Sand bestreuen.
