Lots Lot 1 — Campushaus Halle-Neustadt, Fassadenarbeiten: Im Rahmen des Neubaus des Bildungscampus Neustadt der Stadt Halle (Saale) sind Fassadenbauarbeiten auszuführen. Das Bauvorhaben umfasst die Errichtung von PR- Fassaden, innerer F-30 Fassade, eine innere Fassade aus Bestandsgläsern, außenliegender Sonnenschutz aus Metall an der PR-Fassade und Brandschutztüren aus Holz und Stahl. Die Gesamtfläche des Neubaus beträgt ca. 2900 m² BGF. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind insbesondere: - Errichtung von Pfosten-Riegel Fassaden in Holz-Alu für die Ost West und Südfassade außen ca. 550 m² - Innenfassade F-30 Übergang Werkhalle zu Foyer aus Holz ca. 45 m² - Innenfassade Wintergarten mit der Verwendung von eingelagerten Bestandsgläsern die beim Abbruch des Hochhauses aufgenommen wurden ca. 55 m² - T30 RS Brandschutztüren aus Holz und Stahl für den Übergang zu Bestand - Außenliegende Sonnenschutzfassade aus Metallelementen die an der PR-Fassade befestigt wird.
