BA): Das Auftragsvolumen umfasst Fassadenarbeiten für die Gebäudeteile E und F des Dienstgebäudekomplexes Ruhrstraße in folgendem Umfang: Metallbauarbeiten: - Rückbau und Entsorgung von 63 Stück (St) Metallfenster; - Rückbau und Entsorgung von ca. 185 m2 P/R-Fassaden; - Rückbau und Entsorgung von 21 St Metall-Türen; - Neubau von ca. 635 m2 Stahl-Pfosten-/ Riegelfassaden; - Neubau von ca. 35 m2 Brandschutzfassade EI90; - Neubau von ca. 1.340 m2 Aluminium-Fensterbänder; - Montage von 202 St Alu-Fenster; - Montage von 117 St Stahlzargen für Alu-Fenster und 30 St Absturzsichernde Geländer; - Neubau von 36 St Stahlblech-Türen und 8 St Rohrrahmentüren; - Montage von 2 St Sektionaltore und 1 St Rollgittertor; - Sanierung von 1 St Metall-Tor; - Montage von 439 St Raffstoreanlagen; - Montage von ca. 530 m2 Blechbekleidungen, teils als Einzelbekl.; - Montage von ca. 150 m Attika und 41 St Wetterschutzgitter; Faserzementfassade: - Montage von ca. 2.180 m2 Faserzementfassade inklusive Wärmedämmung; Natursteinbekleidung: - Montage von ca. 80 m2 Sockelbekleidung inkl.
