Das Gebäude besteht aus zwei Gebäudenteilen (Büro/Labor): drei Vollgeschossen (E+2), einer Technikzentrale im 3. OG, und einem Reinraum von ca. 1.000 m², bestehend aus Basement, Clean Subfab, Reinraum + Plenum. Das Raumprogramm umfasst ca. 6155 m² Hauptnutzfläche. Gebäudedaten: UG ca. 1257 m² Regelgeschosshöhe 4,4 m EG ca. 3838 m² Regelgeschosshöhe 4,4 m OG 1 ca. 3597 m² Regelgeschosshöhe 5,47 m OG 2 ca. 3599 m² Regelgeschosshöhe 4,12 m OG 3 ca. 2391 m² Regelgeschosshöhe 3,68 m OG 4 ca. 2391 m² Regelgeschosshöhe 5,43 m Als Bezugstermin ist das 3. Quartal 2029 vorgesehen. Die Lüftungsanlagen zu dem Gebäude sollen einer Sachverständigenprüfung Lüftung unterzogen werden. Begleitung der Ausführung, Abstimmung mit den Erstellern der Fachplanung, Abstimmung mit dem Brandschutzgutachtens, Sachverständigenabnahme der lüftungstechnischen Anlagen.
