Details

Gegenstand der Leistung ist die Organisation und Durchführung des "Tag des offenen Hofes" in Sachsen für die Jahre 2027 bis 2030. Ziel des Projekts ist es, eine möglichst große Zahl landwirtschaftlicher Betriebe aller Eigentumsarten und Betriebsgrößen zu motivieren, sich im Rahmen der Tage des offenen Hofes zu beteiligen. Hierzu sollen die Betriebe ihre Hoftore für Besucherinnen und Besucher öffnen und Einblicke in landwirtschaftliche Produktionsprozesse sowie die vielfältigen Leistungen der Landwirtschaft vermitteln. Darüber hinaus ist gemeinsam mit einem ausgewählten landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb und weiteren Partnern eine zentrale Eröffnungsveranstaltung zu planen, zu organisieren und durchzuführen. Über die Veranstaltungen ist regelmäßig auf einer Internetseite zu informieren. Hierfür wird eine vom AN betriebene und inhaltlich mit dem AG abgestimmte Internetseite genutzt. Im Rahmen der Leistungserbringung sind die folgenden Leistungsbestandteile zu erbringen: - Akquise und Betreuung der teilnehmenden Landwirtschaftsbetriebe - Erarbeitung und Umsetzung einer zentralen Eröffnungsveranstaltung in einem geeigneten sächsischen Ausrichterbetrieb - Inhaltliche Erstellung von Beiträgen für die Öffentlichkeitsarbeit - Evaluation und Nachbereitung des "Tag des offenen Hofes".
