Auf-, Um- und Abbau von Tribünen.
Lots Lot 1 — Aufbau, Abbau und Umbau von Tribünen: Die für eine reibungslose Durchführung von Veranstaltungen in der Lokhalle im Einzelfall erforderlichen Leistungen sind entsprechend vielfältig und breit gefächert und können nicht vollständig durch die Mitarbeitenden der GWG bzw. von dieser beauftragte Dienstleister erbracht werden. Vielmehr besteht der Bedarf zur Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden der Lokhalle im Bereich des Auf-, Um- und Abbaus von Tribünen. Zur bedarfsgerechten Abwicklung beabsichtigt die GWG daher, den Auf-, Um- und Abbau von Tribünen erneut extern zu vergeben. Hierzu soll jeweils ein Werkvertrag über den Auf-, Ab- oder Umbau von Tribünen beauftragt werden. Dabei sind verschiedene Tribünenmodelle denkbar, die sich aus den beigefügten Modellen ergeben. Der Auf- bzw. Abbau ist innerhalb eines Zeitfensters von 12 Stunden abzuschließen innerhalb eines Tages. Der Umbau ist innerhalb von 1,5 Tagen abzuschließen. Im Zeitraum der regulären Vertragslaufzeit von drei Jahren wird das voraussichtliche Gesamtvolumen auf insgesamt 36 Auf-, Ab- oder Umbaugewerke geschätzt. Unter Berücksichtigung der möglichen Verlängerung um ein Jahr wird eine absolute Höchstmenge von insgesamt 48 Einzelabrufen über die gesamte mögliche Vertragslaufzeit festgelegt.
