Neubau einer eingeschossigen Kindertagesstätte: Dachdeckung / Dachabdichtung

Lots Lot 1 — 11-400-26-171; Zimmer- und Dacharbeiten - Neubau Kita Brande-Hörnerkirchen: Das geplante Bauvorhaben umfasst den Neubau einer eingeschossigen Kindertagesstätte in Brande-Hörnerkirchen. Das Gebäude wird als Gebäudeklasse 3 und als ungeregelter Sonderbau gemäß § 2 Abs. 4 Nr. 12 LBO errichtet. Das Dach wird als Satteldach mit unterschiedlichen Dachneigungen als Sparrendach ausgeführt und mit Trapezblech eingedeckt. Weiterhin werden eine Lüftungsanlage sowie eine Photovoltaikanlage auf dem Dach vorgesehen. Leistung/Gewerk: Zimmer-, Dach- und Klempnerarbeiten, Vorhangfassade. Der genaue Umfang der Arbeiten ist dem beigefügten Leistungsverzeichnis und den Anlagen zum Leistungsverzeichnis (LV) zu entnehmen. Nachweise zu Produkteigenschaften (Produktatenblätter) sind mit dem Angebot vorzulegen, sie können nachgefordert werden. Soweit die Unterlagen nicht innerhalb der dann gesetzten Frist vorliegen, wird das Angebot ausgeschlossen. Lesen Sie die beigefügten Unterlagen bitte sorgfältig durch und nutzen Sie bei Unklarheiten die Möglichkeit, BIETERFRAGEN bis zum 22.10.2026 über das Nachrichtentool der Plattform "Deutschen eVergabe"zu stellen.
