Ökologische Baubegleitung

Lots Lot 1 — K54 DB-Brücke Buchholz - Ökologische Baubegleitung: Im Herbst 2026 sind die Bäume im Baufeld zu kontrollieren auf Höhlen für Winterquartiere von Fledermäusen. Vorhandene Höhlen sind umgehend durch eine Fledermausfachperson zu verschließen. Die Bäume mit Fledermaushöhlen sind vor Fällung zu kontrollieren. Die beiden Brückenbauwerke sind vor dem Abriss auf Besatz von Fledermäusen und Vögeln zu kontrollieren. Vor Beginn der Nistzeit sind Nisthöhlen als CEF-Maßnahme an umliegende Bäume aufzuhängen. Diese sind in den drei Folgejahren regelmäßig zu kontrollieren. Der Baugrubenaushub ist vor Ort zu begleiten. Bei Wurzelfund ist eine Erstversorgung, ggf. Wurzelrückschnitt und Nachsorge durchzuführen. Die aufgefundenen Wurzeln sind zu Dokumentieren. Es ist geplant ein Baugrubenaushub im Spätsommer 2027 und Februar 2028. Während der Bauausführung ist in regelmäßigen Ortsbegehungen der Baumschutz zu kontrollieren, dokumentieren. Der Bauüberwachung als Fachbauleitung Baumschutz zur Seite stehen, ggf. an Baubesprechungen teilnehmen. Am Ende der Entwicklungspflege in 2031 mit der öBÜ Pflanzarbeiten und AG eine Erfolgskontrolle durchführen.
