Lots Lot 1 — Renaturierung der Recknitz zwischen Dudendorf und Tessin - Erstellung eines Bodenschutzkonzeptes nach DIN 19639: Die Recknitz zwischen Tessin und Dudendorf ist ein nach Wasserrahmenrichtlinie (WRRL) berichtspflichtiges Gewässer I. Ordnung, dessen Wasserkörper (Reck-1700) als natürliches Gewässer eingestuft und als Niederungsfluss (Typ 12) typisiert wurde. Im jetzigen Zustand entspricht die Recknitz in diesem Bereich weder in biologischer, noch in hydromorphologischer und physikalisch-chemischer Hinsicht den Anforderungen der WRRL. Zur Vermeidung nachhaltiger Beeinträchtigungen der Bodenfunktionen ist daher ein Bodenschutzkonzept gemäß DIN 19639 zu erstellen. Dieses dient als Grundlage für die weitere Ausführungsplanung, die Festlegung bodenschonender Bauverfahren sowie die Umsetzung der Anforderungen des baubegleitenden Bodenschutzes. Schwerpunkt liegt auf der bodenmechanischen und bodenphysikalischen Bewertung der vorhandenen Standortverhältnisse, insbesondere hinsichtlich Befahrbarkeit, Verdichtungsempfindlichkeit, Tragfähigkeit und zulässiger mechanischer Beanspruchung während der Bauausführung. Die Leistung ist bis zum 20.11.2026 zu erbringen. Beginn der Leistungserbringung ist dabei spätestens der 28.10.2026.
