Lots Lot 1 — Stadtverwaltung Bad Homburg v. d. Höhe, Energieberatung - Beratungsleistungen zu Energiesparmaßnahmen: Im Rahmen einer nachhaltigen Stadtentwicklung betreibt die Stadt ein kommunales Förderprogramm für energetische Sanierungsmaßnahmen sowie ein Förderprogramm zur Lärmschutzförderung. Darüber hinaus besteht eine kommunale Energieberatungsstelle einschließlich eines Beratungsstützpunktes der Verbraucherzentrale. Die Energieberatungsstelle dient als zentrale Anlaufstelle für Bürgerinnen und Bürger zu Fragen der Energieeffizienz, energetischen Gebäudesanierung, Fördermitteln, Energieeinsparung und Klimaschutz.
