Es ist beabsichtigt, die Leistungen im Namen und auf Rechnung der Gemeinde Nörvenich im Offenen Verfahren zu vergeben. Die Gemeinschaftsgrundschule im Ortsteil Eschweiler über Feld (Gemeindegebiet Nörvenich) soll energetisch saniert werden.

Lots Lot 1 — Planungsleistungen - Energetische Sanierung Grundschule OT Eschweiler über Feld (TGA, LPH 5-9) - Gemeinde Nörvenich: Es wurden bereits Planungsleistungen im Fachbereich "Technische Ausrüstung" gem. §§ 55 ff. HOAI 2021, LPH 1 -2 erbracht. Gegenstand des Verfahrens sind Planungsleistungen für das Leistungsbild "Technische Ausrüstung" gem. §§ 55 ff. HOAI 2021, LPH 3 - 9. Das heutige Gebäude besteht aus einem Ursprungsgebäude Baujahr 1965. In 1994 wurde dieses Gebäude vergrößert und in dessen Anschluss um eine Turnhalle erweitert. Das Hauptgebäude wurde in 2008 seitlich um einen Anbau erweitert, dem sogenannten OGS. Hierin befinden sich heute der Speisesaal und die Bücherei. Das Gebäude hat eine Nettogrundfläche von 3.807 m2, ein beheiztes Gebäudevolumen von 9.738 m3, die Hüllfläche beträgt 4.995 m2.
