(IBF), Leistungen des Inbetriebnahmemanagements und Technischen Monitorings, Beratungsleistungen für das Inbetreibnahmenmanagement und technisches Monitoring für den Ersatzneubau IBF. 69120 Heidelberg, Im Neuenheimer Feld, Ersatzneubau Interfakultäre Biomedizinische Forschungseinrichtung. Das Neubauvorhaben liegt auf dem Campus "Im Neuenheimer Feld". Im Gebäude werden schwerpunktmäßig Tierhaltungsbereiche und dazugehörige Laboratorien untergebracht. Die Bauwerkskosten (KG 300 /400) belaufen sich auf rd. 101 Mio. € brutto. Der Baubeginn ist für das I Quartal 2029 geplant. BIM Projektplanung ist gefordert.
