Das Gebäude AB an der Albrechtstraße 30 in Osnabrück wurde in den Jahren 1962-1964 errichtet und ist Bestandteil des Gebäudekomplexes AA bis AD. Das Gebäude verfügt über eine Nutzfläche von ca. 5.287 m2. Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens sind die Planungsleistungen der Technischen Ausrüstung gemäß §§ 53 ff. HOAI für die umfassende Erneuerung, Modernisierung und energetischen Optimierung der Bestandsanlagen unter weitgehender Aufrechterhaltung des laufenden Hochschulbetriebs bei einer abschnittsweisen Umsetzung.
Lots Lot 1 — Energetische Sanierung Gebäude AB - TGA-Planungsleistungen Gebäudeautomation: Im Rahmen der geplanten Sanierungs- und Modernisierungsmaßnahmen sollen wesentliche Teile der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung erneuert bzw. an die Anforderungen der heutigen Nutzung angepasst werden. Aufgrund der Sanierung im Bestand sind insbesondere die Bestandskonstruktion, statische und bauphysikalische Anforderungen, Energieeffizienz, Brandschutz, Wirtschaftlichkeit sowie eine abschnittsweise Umsetzung bei laufendem Betrieb zu berücksichtigen. Die Planung hat unter besonderer Berücksichtigung der bestehenden Gebäudestruktur, der energetischen Anforderungen, der Betriebssicherheit sowie der Aufrechterhaltung des Hochschulbetriebs zu erfolgen (ausführliche Beschreibung s. Angebotsaufforderung).
