Der Neubau der Robert Schumann Hochschule (RSH), 2. Standort, entsteht auf dem ca. 48.000 m2 großen Grundstück "Campus Golzheim" in Düsseldorf, in fußläufiger Nähe zum Hauptstandort der RSH an der Fischerstraße. Auf dem Campus werden neben dem RSH-Neubau bestehende Gebäude (u. a. A, N, B) für weitere Nutzer erhalten, während mehrere ältere Gebäudeteile schadstoffsaniert und zurückgebaut werden, um Platz für den Neubau zu schaffen. Für das IBM relevant ist ausschließlich der Neubau der RSH. Rückbau- und Sanierungsmaßnahmen sowie die übrigen Bestandsgebäude sind nicht Gegenstand der Leistungsbeschreibung..
