Mit Beschluss des Kabinetts vom 01.03.2023 hat die Bundesregierung nach Durchführung eines bundesweiten Wettbewerbs die Stadt Halle (Saale) als künftigen Standort des "Zukunftszentrums für Deutsche Einheit und Europäische Transformation" (in folgenden Zukunftszentrum genannt) benannt. Die Stadt Halle und die Stadtwerke Halle werden in den nächsten Jahren die Baufeldfreimachung und der Anpassung der Verkehrsanlagen am zentralen Riebeckplatzes in Halle (Saale) koordinieren, um insbesondere ein vom Bund finanziertes "Gebäude Zukunftszentrum" dort ab 06/2028 errichten zu lassen. Die Stadt Halle (Saale) hat nach umfangreichen Voruntersuchungen die künftige Lage und Dimensionierung der Verkehrsanlagen, die zu beachtenden Rahmenbedingungen und die Mindestqualitätsmerkmale festgelegt. Daher werden zusammen mit den Stadtwerken aufgrund der außerordentlichen komplizierten Rahmenbedingungen in zeitlicher, technischer und wirtschaftlicher Hinsicht die weiteren Planungsleistungen gemeinsam mit den Bauleistungen und der Koordinierung der Maßnahmen zur Baufeldfreimachung an einen leistungsfähigen Totalunternehmer vergeben. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind Leistungen zur Prüfung der Planung des Totalunternehmers (Fachplanerische Prüfung Verkehrstechnik und Straßenbeleuchtung)
