Lots Lot 1 — Planungsleistungen zur Projektumsetzung für den Ausbau der passiven FTTB-Netzinfrastruktur: Um eine gute Ausgangsbasis für die Bereitstellung eines Next-Generation-Access zu schaffen, hat sich der Landkreis Uelzen entschieden, über eigene Glasfasertrassen die bisher unterversorgten Gebiete an die Breitbandversorgung heranzuführen und unter wirtschaftlichen Aspekten den Teilnehmeranschluss zu realisieren. Die jetzige Phase dient der Gewinnung eines Dienstleisters, der mit der Projektumsetzung (Planung und Ausbau der erforderlichen passiven Netzinfrastruktur beim Landkreis Uelzen) beauftragt werden soll. Zu den gegenständlichen Leistungen gehört insbesondere die Strukturplanung, Ausführungsplanung, die Genehmigungsplanung, die Vorbereitung der Vergabe der Bauleistung, die Begleitung/Ausgestaltung der Vergabe der Bauleistungen, die Objektüberwachung und die Objektbetreuung in Anlehnung an die HOAI § 55, Leistungsphasen 3-9.
