Die Entsorgungsbetriebe Lübeck betreiben und unterhalten das Abwassernetz im gesamten Stadtgebiet der Hansestadt Lübeck. Bei regelmäßigen Untersuchungen wurde festgestellt, dass die hier zur Erneuerung ausgeschriebene Abwasserleitung in einem schlechten Zustand ist und daher erneuert werden muss. Auf Grund der schwierigen äußeren Randbedingungen wird für die Planungs- und Bauüberwachungsleistung mit der vorliegenden Ausschreibung ein externes Büro gesucht.
