Die Stadt Castrop-Rauxel beabsichtigt die Errichtung eines neuen Mittelspannungstrafos am Ernst-Barlach-Gymnasium. In diesem Zuge soll auch die alte NSHV erneuert werden. Der Trafo soll ab Mitte Mai 2027 in Betrieb gehen, wenn der Neubau am Ernst-Barlach-Gymnasium fertiggestellt ist.

Lots Lot 1 — Ingenieurleistung Elektrotechnik - Errichtung Trafo und NSHV am EBG: Es sind die Planungsleistungen eines/r Ingenieur/in gemäß den Leistungsphasen 3-8 nach §§ 53 ff. HOAI zu erbringen. Die Ingenieurleistung nach §§ 53 ff. HOAI umfassen die Planung des Trafos (630kVA) und der neuen NSHV, die sich im Kellergeschoss des Hauptgebäudes befindet wird. Der vorgesehene Standort des Mittelspannungstransformators wurde bereits bei Westnetz zur Prüfung und Genehmigung eingereicht. Die Entwurfs- und Ausführungsplanung ist auf Grundlage der zur Verfügung gestellten Pläne zu erstellen (siehe Anlagen 2 und 3 der Leistungsbeschreibung). Technische Vorgaben der Auftraggeberin sind zu berücksichtigen. Die Kosten für die Technische Ausrüstung - Elektrotechnik betragen 280.000,- Euro netto.
