Lots Lot 1 — Vernetzung der ELY-Projekte aus dem Förderprogramm für Elektrolyseure ("ELY"): Los 1: Vernetzung der ELY-Projekte aus dem Förderprogramm für Elektrolyseure. - AP 1: Vernetzung der ELY-Projekte Strukturierter Aufbau und Begleitung eines professionell moderierten Austauschs zwischen den geförderten Vorhaben (Organisation und Durchführung von Gesamttreffen, Bereitstellung einer digitalen Plattform) Lot 2 — Wissenschaftlich-analytische und evaluative Begleitung des ELY-Förderprogramms und Entwicklung eines digitalen Werkzeugs für die Optimierung des Betriebs von Elektrolyseuren: Los 2: Wissenschaftlich-analytische und evaluative Begleitung des ELY-Förderprogramms und Entwicklung eines digitalen Werkzeugs für die Optimierung des Betriebs von Elektrolyseuren (Geschäftsmodelle & Wirtschaftlichkeit, Entwicklungspotenziale, Evaluation): - AP 2: Geschäftsmodelle & Wirtschaftlichkeit (Los 2) Gewinnung, Plausibilisierung und Auswertung von Erkenntnissen zu Technik, Wirtschaftlichkeit, Geschäftsmodellen, Regulierung und Umsetzung - AP 3: Entwicklungspotenziale (Los 2) Analyse der Entwicklungspotenziale im Umfeld der geförderten Standorte zu möglichen lokalen Wasserstoff-Hubs im Sinne der o. g. Definition (z. B. mögliche Erkenntnisgewinne zur Errichtung weiterer Erzeugungskapazitäten, erforderlicher Wasserstoff-Infrastrukturen und Nutzungs-/Abnahme-Situationen) - AP 4: Evaluation der Förderprojekte (Los 2) Erfüllung der formalen und fachlichen Anforderungen an die Programmevaluation im UM (Ermittlung und Bewertung von Kennzahlen) - AP 5 (optional): Entwicklung eines digitalen Werkzeugs für die Optimierung des Betriebs von Elektrolyseuren (Los 2)
