Die WVW GmbH benötigt elektrische Energie für ihre Liegenschaften und Anlagen. (2027 - 2029, optional 2030) Der vertraglich vereinbarte Preis gilt für eine tatsächliche Jahresverbrauchsmenge als Summe der Abnahmestellen mit registrierender Leistungsmessung (Abnehmergruppe 1) und der Tarifabnahmestellen mit Standard-Lastprofilen (Abnehmergruppe 2) zwischen 3,12 GWh/a und 4,29 GWh/a.

Lots Lot 1 — WVW GmbH - Strombeschaffung 2027 - 2030: Die WVW GmbH benötigt elektrische Energie für ihre Liegenschaften und Anlagen. Die Termine zur Beendigung der bestehenden Lieferverträge für die in dem Leistungsverzeichnis aufgelisteten Abnahmestellen sind in der Anlage B aufgeführt. Die WVW GmbH schreibt für ihre im Weiteren näher bezeichneten Abnahmestellen die Lieferung von elektrischer Energie im offenen Verfahren aus. Die Leistung soll für den Zeitraum vom 01.01.2027 bis zum 31.12.2029, mit der Option einer Vertragsverlängerung bis zum 31.12.2030, vergeben werden. Das Gesamtvolumen beträgt ohne Gewähr und Annahme einer verbindlichen Höchstbetrags- oder Mindestabnahmemenge insgesamt ca. 3,9 GWh/a. Der vertraglich vereinbarte Preis gilt für eine tatsächliche Jahresverbrauchsmenge als Summe der Abnahmestellen mit registrierender Leistungsmessung (Abnehmergruppe 1) und der Tarifabnahmestellen mit Standard-Lastprofilen (Abnehmergruppe 2) zwischen 3,12 GWh/a und 4,29 GWh/a.
