Bundesbankgebäude; Rathaus Hopfenstraße - Rückbau Kühltürme und NEA; Erneuerung der Netzersatzanlage: Im Rathaus Hopfenstraße wurde die Bestands-NEA einschließlich der Steuerung außer Betrieb genommen. Für eine Übergangszeit wurde im Innenhof eine provisorische Netzersatzanlage installiert. Die ursprüngliche Bestands-Netzersatzanlage befindet sich im 2. UG und wurde ursprünglich über externe Kühltürme wassergekühlt.
