Das Uniklinikum Bonn schreibt die Lieferung von Strom für die eigenen Abnahmestellen mit Lieferbeginn ab 01.01.2028 für eine Laufzeit bis zum 01.01.2030 in einem Offenen Verfahren europaweit aus.

Lots Lot 1 — Stromversorgung 2028-2029: Die Versorgung umfasst die Lieferung von Strom einschließlich Netznutzung und sämtliche damit unmittelbar verbundenen Tätigkeiten im Rahmen eines "All-Inclusive-Vertrages" (KO-Kriterium). Ziel des Vertrages ist eine sichere Versorgung zu wirtschaftlichen Bedingungen. Der Auftraggeber verfügt über eine "Erlaubnis als Versorger" nach § 4 Abs. 1 StromStG erteilt durch das Hauptzollamt Köln. Als solche führt der Auftraggeber die jährlichen Stromsteueranmeldungen durch und führt die Stromsteuer eigenständig an das Hauptzollamt Köln ab. Der zu liefernde Strom muss zwingend im Herkunftsnachweisregister des Umweltbundesamtes registrierter Ökostrom (HKNR) sein. Anzahl Abnahmestellen: 4 (RLM) Prognosemenge 2028: 19.559.630 kWh Prognosemenge 2029: 19.559.630 kWh.
