Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Lieferung von elektrischer Energie für die AOK Nordwest - Die Gesundheitskasse (Auftraggeberin) für den Lieferzeitraum 01.01.2027 bis 31.12.2028 mit der Option auf einmalige Verlängerung der Vertragslaufzeit um ein Jahr. Die Lieferung und der Bezug der elektrischen Energie erfolgen frei Lieferstellen der Auftraggeberin. Der Abschluss der vertraglichen Vereinbarungen zur Netznutzung für die jeweiligen Lieferstellen mit dem jeweiligen Verteilnetzbetreiber obliegt dem Auftragnehmer.

Lots Lot 1 — Stromlieferung für die AOK Nordost für die Jahre 2027 und 2028 mit einmaliger Verlängerungsoption für das Jahr 2029: Die Ausschreibung umfasst 82 SLP- und 9 RLM-Lieferstellen. Die detaillierten Daten der einzelnen Lieferstellen sowie die Lastgänge der RLM-Lieferstellen sind der Lieferstellenliste (Anlage D.02a) bzw. der Lastgangdatei (Anlage D.02b) zu entnehmen. Die vereinbarte Vertragsmenge beläuft sich auf ca. 3,6 GWh je Lieferjahr. Es wird ein Toleranzfenster von 90 % (Mindestmenge) bis 110 % (Maximalmenge) der Vertragsmenge vereinbart. Es wird ausschließlich eine Lieferung von elektrischer Energie aus erneuerbaren Energien (Grünstrom) abgenommen. Der gelieferte Strom muss hierbei bilanziell zu 100 % aus erneuerbaren Energien stammen.
