Lots Lot 1 — Stadt Löhne, Stadtwerke Löhne - Stromlieferung Eigenbetrieb, Aqua Magica und Wohnstadt für die Jahre 2027/2028: Lieferung von elektrischer Energie (Ökostrom) für Abnahmestellen der Stadt Löhne, Stadtwerke Löhne - Stromlieferung Eigenbetrieb, Aqua Magica und Wohnstadt für die Jahre 2027/2028. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Lieferung von elektrischer Energie (Ökostrom) als Vollversorgung für die Abnahmestellen der jeweiligen Auftraggeber. Mit dem Bieter, der für das jeweilige Los den Zuschlag erhält, wird ein Stromliefervertrag abgeschlossen. Dieser basiert auf dem Muster in Anlage 3 zu dieser Leistungsbeschreibung und gilt für die in Anlage 1.2 aufgeführten Abnahmestellen. Der Stromliefervertrag kommt mit der Zuschlagserteilung rechtswirksam zustande.
