Der Landesbetrieb Wald und Holz Nordrhein-Westfalen beabsichtigt, im Zuge des vorliegenden Vergabeverfahrens einen Vertrag mit einem Auftragnehmer über die Lieferung von Ökostrom für die Zeit vom 01.01.2027 bis zum 31.12.2028 zu schließen.

Lots Lot 1 — Beschaffung von Ökostrom für die Verbrauchsstellen beim Landesbetrieb Wald und Holz Nordrhein-Westfalen: Die Stromlieferung soll an mehrere Abnahmestellen/Marktlokationen (aktuell 91 Stück) des Landesbetriebes Wald und Holz Nordrhein-Westfalen erfolgen. Es ist beabsichtigt, einen All-inclusive-Stromliefervertrag abzuschließen, in dem der Stromlieferant verpflichtet ist, die notwendige Netznutzung mit dem jeweiligen Netzbetreiber vertraglich zu regeln. Die für die Netznutzung an den Netzbetreiber zu zahlenden Netznutzungsentgelte sind Bestandteil des vom Stromlieferanten angebotenen und mit Zuschlagserteilung vereinbarten Strompreises. Die Zahlung der Netznutzungsentgelte an den Netzbetreiber ist Sache des Stromlieferanten. Die voraussichtliche Abnahmemenge beträgt in Summe für derzeit 91 Abnahmestellen 850.000 Kwh pro Jahr. Hierbei handelt es sich jedoch lediglich um einen Schätzwert als Kalkulationsgrundlage für die Angebotserstellung. Die tatsächliche Abnahmemenge richtet sich nach anfallendem Bedarf und kann den o. g. Schätzwert somit sowohl über- als auch unterschreiten.
