Ausschreibung Ökostrom- und Erdgasbelieferung ab 01.01.2028 der Lagune Cottbus GmbH

Lots Lot 1 — Strom: Zur Abdeckung des Bedarfs an Ökostrom benötigt der Auftraggeber einen neuen Energieliefervertrag. Der abzuschließende Energieliefervertrag umfasst die Lieferung des gesamten Bedarfs an Ökostrom zur Versorgung der ausgeschriebenen Abnahmestellen. Anzahl der Abnahmestellen: 1 (davon 1 RLM) mit Jahresverbrauch: 346.465 kWh. Der Auftragnehmer verpflichtet sich, den geforderten Ökostrom gemäß den nachfolgenden Bedingungen zu liefern: Gefordert wird Ökostrom. Unter Ökostrom ist Strom zu verstehen, der aus erneuerbaren Energiequellen erzeugt wurde. Dazu zählen bspw. Windkraft, Solarenergie oder Wasserkraft. Der Ökostrom soll der Qualität der gängigen Label genügen. Die Zertifizierung des angebotenen Ökostroms nach Grünen Strom Label, ok power, TÜV NORD A75-S026-1, TÜV SÜD CMS Standard 80 EE01, TÜV SÜD CMS Standard 82 EE02, TÜV SÜD CMS Standard 87 Erzeugung EE+ oder einem Label mit gleichwertigen Anforderungen sind daher Voraussetzung für die Belieferung der Liegenschaften von Kunden. Der Versorger hat nach Ablauf des jeweiligen Lieferjahres die Lieferung von Ökostrom mit Herkunftsnachweisen oder Zertifikaten zu belegen. Lot 2 — Erdgas: Zur Abdeckung des Bedarfs an Erdgas benötigt der Auftraggeber einen neuen Energieliefervertrag. Der abzuschließende Energieliefervertrag umfasst die Lieferung des gesamten Bedarfs an Erdgas zur Versorgung der ausgeschriebenen Abnahmestellen. Anzahl der Abnahmestellen: 3 (davon 1 RLM) mit Jahresverbrauch: 3.780.450 kWh.
